The Heart of Our Journey
Hello, I'm Abegail Keil Abrau, and my purpose is to guide those around me through the journey of self discovery.
In my own journey to self discovery, and beneath layers of accumulated childhood trauma and difficult experiences that led to the end of my first marriage as an adult, I uncovered a part of me that radiated light and inspiration. I embraced the parts I had hidden, thinking they were unacceptable, and held myself accountable for my role in both the dissolution of my marriage and losing touch with my true self.
This journey led me to self acceptance, seeing my experiences as pivotal for my soul's growth. I found forgiveness and compassion for myself for all the mistakes I had made in my journey, laying to rest any unreal expectations and accepting that I am more than enough, just as I am.
Through my transformation, I faced heartbreak and profound sorrow, but I also found my voice and learned to set boundaries to honor my true self. I learned to love myself entirely.
Reflecting on my journey, I realized the importance of support and guidance during such transformative times. Many are walking this path, and I believe no one should face it alone. In today's world, where genuine community connection can be challenging, I stand as a guide for those embarking on this journey of self-discovery and pursuit of fulfilling love.
